Typical scope (subject to licensing/contract): Security officers, reception security, concierge security, access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, key holding, event safety.

Assurance: Vetting and screening (e.g., BS7858), training, licensing where required, RAMS, incident reporting, governance and KPIs.
